The facade of the building was painted with "soffitto" paint, and wood and glass were also used in windows and doors. Also, the most important feature of Ades architecture is the shape of the structural joints.

The ground floor was designed with marble and granite. The upper floors were designed with stone treated with "soft soffitto" paints.Doors and windows combined the use of wood and glass.
